Description:Come join the Supply Chain team at Mercy Medical Center, part of Trinity Health Of New England!! We are a member of the nationwide Trinity Health family, bringing compassionate care to our communities.


Under the direction of the Supervisor or Distribution Manager, receives, checks and stocks all incoming supplies. Inventories, puts up and distributes supplies, equipment, and mail throughout both Mercy Medical Center and Providence Behavioral Health Hospital campuses according to schedules.

Work Hours/Shift:

  • Per Diem

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Exceptional Patient Care: Properly identifies and marks all patient charge items using stickers or cards; d elivers medical surgical supplies, on demand supplies and STATs as assigned

  • Excellent Communicator: Keeps accurate records on all storeroom transactions for which he/she may be responsible

  • Technical Familiarity: Accurately inventories all assigned areas and commodities to maintain established par levels and monitors supplies in various nursing departments; ensures rotation of stock in all assigned departments and the storeroom; transports supplies, mail etc. between and within both facilities


  • High school or GED equivalent for regularly scheduled positions.

  • One year storeroom or related experience.

  • Valid MA Driver's License.

  • Must be able to communicate in English

  • Ability to operate all appropriate material handling equipment and use, or learn to use, the department's computerized system
