Overview
Food Service Production Manager is to oversee the team that produces our sandwiches, subs, salads, fruit and deli meats to all our locations. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service
Follows proper food safety and sanitation protocols
Enforces consistent standards following the recipe & procedure book
Facilitates kitchen operations to ensure prompt & efficient food service
Assist in essential functions of food service crew members
Places food orders based on current inventory
Determines and adjusts build-to pars for each prep item
Enforces accountability regarding crew member performance
Trains new food service crew members
Promote & discuss our Pride Star App
Perform other duties as requested
Maintain a safe, clean, well-lit store
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience management in the food service industry
Strong understanding of food safety & sanitation (ServSafe recommended)
Strong understanding of standard food service equipment
Strong communication skills via verbal and written instruction
Positive and professional attitude
Strong time management Skills
Ability to resolve conflict & provide fast feedback
Ability to operate a computerized P.O.S. system
Ability to bend, stand, stoop, reach, push, lift, and walk the entire workday
Lift up to 15-30 pounds
Understanding of basic math
Read & Speak English
Reliable Transportation
Provide proper work authorization identification
