Community Connections Inc. is looking for a Program Coordinator/Social Recreational Services to join our team based in South Yarmouth, MA. In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities by providing direct support & organizing social & recreational activities that enhance their lives. You will partner with Community Connections in their mission to provide optimal independence & enriching services to people with disabilities. We are looking for a Program Coordinator with a commitment to compassion, teamwork, & serving the community.
