Summit Information Coordinator remote type - Hybrid locations - Mount Holyoke College - Main Campus time type - Full time Job no: R-0000001705 Faculty or Staff: Staff Full Time or Part Time: Full time In-Person, Hybrid, or Remote: Hybrid Minimum Starting Rate of Pay: \$66,933.00 Rate of pay commensurate with experience Job Description: The Summit Information Coordinator is a key member of the project team responsible for implementing and ensuring adoption of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, Payroll, and Student systems at Mount Holyoke College. Reporting to the Summit Change Management Lead, the Summit Information Coordinator works closely with the Summit Training Coordinator and Project Manager. Additional collaboration with the Workday implementation teams, including functional leads and subject matter experts, will be critical. The Summit Information Coordinator will focus on end user awareness and adoption of Workday by developing and delivering timely communications and creating accurate and digestible training materials for a wide range of users. This is a term-limited position through December 31, 2027, working 37.5 hours/week with full benefits. Some night and weekend work may be required at peak project times. Essential Responsibilities Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze Workday business processes and define training scope and objectives. Design and develop end-user training materials (user guides, job aids, e-learning modules) in coordination with the Summit Training Coordinator. Ensure timely communication of training updates and initiatives by working with project team members, aligning with project milestones. Revise training materials and user guides as the College adopts new or existing Workday functionality. Provide technical training to end users during drop-in sessions alongside the Summit Training Coordinator. Create and maintain a communications schedule; collaborate with the Change Management Lead to draft updates for various channels and monitor community Feedback. Required Qualifications A combination of education and experience that supports the requirements of the position Proficiency in developing training materials using various media, including written guides and creating short form videos Prior experience in developing communications for different audiences Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies with the ability to explain technical concepts and procedures to non-technical audiences Demonstrated commitment and ability to contribute to an inclusive working and learning environment in which diverse individuals can thrive. Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years experience leading end-user communications efforts and training programs, preferably for Workday or other enterprise-wide software implementations. Familiarity with Workday Platform and Student, or similar ERP systems is highly desirable Experience in developing materials that follow best practices in digital accessibility Experience working in an academic setting
