Program Coordinator time type - Full time Job no: R-0000001735 Faculty or Staff: Staff Full Time or Part Time: Full time In-Person, Hybrid, or Remote: Hybrid Minimum Starting Rate of Pay: \$25.44 Rate of pay commensurate with experience Job Description: The Program Coordinator supports, promotes and helps advance the quality of the Professional and Graduate Education (PaGE) programs at Mount Holyoke College. Working directly with the academic program directors and other administrative staff, the person in this position is responsible for planning and coordinating administrative activities, providing support to students and faculty, and ensuring the smooth program operations. The Program Coordinator is responsbile for: Providing administrative and operational support for the academic program directors, students, and faculty. Maintaining and update records on students, faculty, and courses. Compiles reports to share with key internal and external stakeholders as needed. Performs audits on information and helps correct information, as needed. Serving as a point of contact for faculty, students, prospective students, and institutional partners. Investigating concerns and recommend appropriate courses of action. Communicating and checking-in with students, providing resources and information as necessary. Additionally the coordinator will track students\' progress toward the degree, update advising sheets, verify course and registration information, and performs preliminary academic audits for students. Communicating and checking-in with faculty, assist in on-boarding faculty, and provides technical and administrative support. Additionally the coordinator will collect/track paperwork, book orders, syllabi, and outcome data from faculty. Providing support for special events, projects, logistics, and operations, including but not limited to: purchasing, procurement, setting up meetings, drafting letters, assisting with outreach, promoting the programs, admissions, orientation, commencement, faculty meetings, guest speakers, travel, hotel, field trips, space and room set-up requests, catering and food service. Supporting the Admissions and Communications Coordinator in managing the design and maintenance of internal and external informational resources, including: the website, student and faculty handbooks, directories, course catalogs, schedules, academic calendars, welcome packets for new students, information packets for graduating students, information packets for special events, social media, and other informational resources (both in print and online).
