Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a muchrespected facility in Somerville, MA who is currently seeking a Phlebotomist toassist them on a contractual basis.

Details of the position include:

Job Title: Phlebotomist/Lab Associate

Location: Somerville, MA

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing – temp to perm possibility

Schedule:

• 32 hours per week guaranteed with the option of 40 some weeks (discussed further in the interview)

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and rotating weekends

• 8:00am – 4:30pm

• Potential to cover 10:00am-6:30pm or 12:00pm-8:30pm

Contract Requirements:

• Experienced adult and pediatric phlebotomist

• Willing to draw blood from children/infants

• Pediatric heel stick & venipuncture experience to work independently on certain shifts

• Active BLS by start date

• Local candidate strongly preferred

• Phlebotomy certification preferred but not required

• COVID vaccine preferred but not required
