Description

Our Child, Youth and Family Behavioral Health Services encompass multiple service systems that include: Intensive Care Coordination, Family Support and Training, In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, Outpatient Counseling and Psychiatry, and other community based programming. Service delivery is collaborative, family driven and youth guided, with a focus on individual and family strengths, needs, and preferences.

Eliot's Wraparound Services is searching for a WRAP CSA Program Director.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all operational aspects of the CSA Program.

• Meet with assigned supervisees on a weekly basis for supervision. Assure that all supervision is documented and on file for review by MCE during site reviews or uponrequest.

• Participate in external meetings as a key representative of Eliot CSA, including but not limited to; the CSA System-of-Care Steering Committee, and CSA managementmeetings with Mass Health and MCEs, DCF and other purchasers.

• Reach out and educate community providers, schools, clergy, religious institutions and families on CBHI, Wraparound Principles and CSA services.

• Provide leadership at key meetings with external collaborators, including but not limited to: meetings with provider agencies, school representatives, and referral agencies such as DCF, DMH, DOE and DYS.

• Participate as a member of the Eliot Management Team and lead the CSA Management Team.

• Implement policies and procedures to enhance CSA program quality.

Qualifications: Master’s Degree in a mental health field with three (3) years of supervisory or management experience.

Location: Saugus, MA

Schedule: Full time, Monday- Friday
