We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter who can also handle drywall installation and finishing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience working with professional painting companies in a residential setting. This is not a position for those with experience only in new construction, commercial projects, or informal settings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Install and finish small drywall patches up to several sheets professionally and perfectly. Perform high-quality painting tasks, ensuring a neat and clean finish. Install a small amount of trim as needed. Work in occupied, furnished homes with care and consideration for the homeowner?s property. Maintain a clean and neat appearance and exhibit an agreeable personality. Demonstrate reliability and a willingness to work overtime as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: At least 5 years of experience in a professional residential painting setting. Proficiency in installing and finishing drywall. Experience with trim installation is a plus. Ability to work in occupied, furnished homes. Own the necessary tools for painting and drywall installation. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
