We are currently looking for a fulltime OFFICE MANAGER for our Sandwich location! In this role, we need someone who can: Manage small tradespersons office - Be my eyes and ears for an office that I spend very little time at. (I spend the bulk of my time in the field with the customers and the revenue producers) Supervise 2 other office personal (1 accounting person / one clerical person) Develop and manage company clerical processes and procedures / manage compliance Help with hiring Help with on boarding / exit process Manage updates and distribute employee manual Purchase and manage insurance policies / vendors / claims (Workers\' compensation, Liability, auto, health) Manage IT issues and IT vendors Manage employe hardware - Phones/ tablets / laptops Manage company employee AX cards / procurement / compliance with Policy and procedure Help with collections Handle the mail and the day-to-day banking. Basic bookkeeping knowledge (QuickBooks)
