Enriched Learning Academy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Lead Teacher to join our childcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing a nurturing and engaging environment for our young students. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing a curriculum that meets the needs of our diverse group of children. DUTIES: Design and implement a curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional development. Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate various teaching strategies and activities. Establish a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and exploration. Develop and maintain relationships with children and their families, keeping them informed about their child\'s progress and well-being. Provide individualized attention and support to children as needed, including those with special needs. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement themed activities and special events. Manage classroom resources and supplies, ensuring a safe and organized environment. Administer first aid and follow established protocols in case of an emergency. Maintain accurate records of children\'s attendance, progress, and health. Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education. SKILLS: Experience working with children of various ages. Strong knowledge of early childhood education and early childhood curriculum development. Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans. Proficiency in providing first aid and basic emergency care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. A strong commitment to providing high-quality childcare and education.
