A small Salem law firm is seeking a part time Legal Secretary who is knowledgeable with Wills and Trusts. Additionally, the person may undertake some other administrative and clerical tasks. Responsibilities: 1. Type key documents such as Wills and Trusts. 2. Provide administrative support to two lawyers. 3. Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues and partners. 4. Anwer phone calls, takes notes/messages. Skills: 1. Time-management, organizational and typing skills 2. Ability to multitask. Job Type: Part-Time Pay: Negotiable Benefits: No Benefits 15 to 20 hours per week depending on case load.
