Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Salem, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be a key player in a candy company, delivering excellent customer service and efficient order processing. This is a contract employment opportunity that requires you to work onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

• Process and manage customer orders in the Shopify system.

• Handle the accounts of corporate clients and local customers, ensuring their needs are met.

• Update customers on delivery dates and express gratitude for their orders.

• Maintain high standards of data entry to ensure customer details are accurately recorded.

• Operate in a call center environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls.

• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to manage customer data and schedule appointments.

• Take responsibility for email correspondence with customers.

• Ensure customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls

• Experience in a call center environment is a must

• Robust customer service skills

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Experience in email correspondence and professional communication

• Knowledge of inbound and outbound call handling

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience with order entry systems and processes

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage multiple schedules simultaneously
