On Assignment, Inc./Oxford Global Resources Root Cause Investigator in Saint Paul, Massachusetts

Summary: Generate all CAPA Metrics for SH Division (Site and Business Unit level) for inclusion in Management Review and ownership of CAPAs Project Details: * Analysis of all CAPA Metrics, and providing these results to appropriate Management Review contacts * Ability to identify trends in data, and communicate the issue through various levels of the organization * Support decision making and oversight of the quality systems, including CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) systems * Support key stakeholders with developing and maintaining QA procedures, forms, and systems * Maintain databases and record storage for QA systems * Process QA requests, ensuring owners are assigned, and timely responses are provided in alignment with quality goals * Participate in meetings and communications for QA system information, concerns, and updates * Seek out information with direction and able support other members of the organization on QA practices * Support SH CAPA team with training, CAPA oversight, and CAPA deliverables * Support presentation of CAPA System to internal and external auditors Job Experience: * Must be proficient at Excel, PowerPoint, Word * High level of attention to detail required * Analyzing Information * Reporting Research Results * Technical Understanding * Promoting Process Improvement * Developing Standards * Managing Processes * Manufacturing Methods and Procedures * Supports Innovation * CAD * Quality Engineering * Operations Research Oxford is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
