RedHat Senior Principal Program Manager - Service Delivery in Remote, Massachusetts

The Red Hat Service Development team is looking for a Senior Principal Program Manager to join us. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Service Development Engineering and build consensus across teams, potentially including external partners. To succeed in this role, you need to have proven skills in influencing the direction of other teams and bringing people together. You’ll need solid program management skills and take pride in your ability to communicate across the organization, regardless of title. As a Senior Principal Program Manager, you’ll need to enjoy bringing order to ambiguity, want to guide change, and relish taking on new challenges where the full scope is yet to be defined. This doesn’t mean you do all of the work, but you help define the work that needs to be done and the people that need to be involved.

The Service Development Engineering team delivers solutions like OpenShift Cluster Manager, as well as internal tooling, and backend microservices to enable our services reliability engineering (SRE) organization and customers. Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business.
