Huntington National Bank Business Systems Analyst Sr in Remote, Massachusetts

Description

Working as a Business System Analyst, Sr., candidate will be responsible for intake and portfolio management for the contact center team. The candidate will be working with IT and business stakeholders to lead projects. Will be required to work directly with vendors to address needs, resolve issues, troubleshoot system issues and coordinate appropriate resolutions. Will work within IT SDLC or agile process to facilitate changes and manage projects, project management. Will work to develop training materials for both IT and business users. Will maintain and develop relevant documentation. Candidate will be responsible for subject matter expertise regarding contact center applications and the interaction between banking systems. Candidate will demonstrate critical thinking skills, including, but not limited to 1. The ability to look ahead in a project and map out tasks to drive to completion, 2. Take a solution from one problem and adapt and apply it to another problem, 3. Analyze data and propose actionable steps from the analysis.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5 years of BSA experience, including some leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Training and Experience preferred

  • Contact Center Application or system Experience required, such as CRM, Call Center, Origination systems

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, Visio, data analysis

Project Management attributes: Experience with running large (over 500 hour) projects with focused execution and collaboration, tracking project milestones, detailed documented project plans, schedule meetings with agendas, communication to all stakeholders. Candidate must demonstrate attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Time Management attributes: Must use technology to track and prioritize project tasks. Candidate must demonstrate ability to work independently.

BSA attributes: Candidate will demonstrate critical thinking skills, including, but not limited to 1. The ability to look ahead in a project and map out tasks to drive to completion, 2. Take a solution from one problem and adapt and apply it to another problem, 3. Analyze data and propose actionable steps from the analysis. 4. Analyze multiple vendor solutions to make recommendations to business. 5. Test script creation.

Communication: Project documentation, manage up to leadership questions and concerns. Must demonstrate ability to explain projects with both business and IT audiences.
