Description
LightForce is seeking someone who is passionate about building software products that make a difference to customers. We want a smart, self-motivated individual that enjoys working in a small agile team environment and can design, build and deliver high quality 3d software solutions. Our ideal candidate is studying computer science, computer graphics, software engineering or equivalent, and has experience in front-end Angular, three.js / WebGL, TypeScript, SQL and AWS.
LightForce hires committed, self-motivated employees and then gives them the freedom and flexibility to do great work. Our co-op program gives you the experience to write software that will help real customers with the guidance and support of other engineers on the team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
You will remotely assist a small scrum team
You will collaborate on design, implementation, testing, and delivery of software to production
You will take customer feedback and translate it to software requirements
Be able to work independently, self-learn, and troubleshoot issues
Required Education and Qualifications
Must be Pursuing a BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience 3D printing, CAD/CAM Software and/or Web-based application is a plus
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment a plus
