Schedule Information:

Full time and part time available - schedule varies - night and weekends included!

Starting rate between $16-$17 per hour based on experience!

Wednesday, December 15th 2pm- 4pm Located at Jordan's Furniture- Reading Store

Thursday, December 16th 1pm- 3pm Located at Jordan’s Furniture- South Portland Store

We are interviewing for our Reading, Natick, Nashua, Avon MA, and South Portland Maine store locations!

Guest Services/Ropes Course

Customer Support Representatives work with our customers in person and over the phone to assist with their purchase, resolve order issues, and other administrative duties. There is so much variety in this position that no two days are the same! Responsibilities include:

  • Interacting with customers in a courteous and professional manner, creating raving fans!

  • Assisting sales consultants with finalizing sales orders including payment transactions, delivery set up, etc.

  • Triaging incoming phone calls

  • Contacting customers to resolve delivery and service issues. Interacting with various departments to assist in resolving any issues

  • Reconciling cash drawer at the end of a shift

Requirements include:

  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs

  • Ability to interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner

  • Excellent mathematical and organizational skills

  • Must be able to read and communicate effectively

  • 1-2 years of retail experience preferred but not required
