Retail/Real Estate Company with 50+ year history located in the Reading area is looking for a Controller to join the leadership team due to recent growth. This position will report to the CFO, managing a team of 10 and will be the key Finance Business Partner supporting Finance and Operation functions. This role will have complete ownership of all financial statements, manage month end close activities, manage all general ledger processes including fixed assets, cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll. They will also get involved with cash forecasting, budgeting & forecasting, asset purchasing and be involved account systems related control initiatives. This is very nice opportunity here, the company is financially sound, great reputation and team friendly collaborative working environment. This is mostly onsite role with flexibility when needed. Requirements

10+ years of strong Financial Reporting with at least 5 years supervisory experience

BS Degree required, CPA preferred but not required.

Multi-Site Location support

Advanced Excel required, SAP +

Strong with processes and controls
