This individual will be responsible for ensuring implementation and flawless execution of Supply Chain initiatives and projects within the Strategy, Innovation & Deployment (SI&D) organization. This individual will be responsible for leading franchise-wide programs with a focus in system deployments. This role will provide strategic leadership managing vision and purpose which support organization, functional and program goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams in the actual implementation of strategic supply chain initiatives.

  • Ensure effective Project Management of all key strategic projects with appropriate process controls, metrics, and customer updates.

  • Partner closely with Finance to ensure financial planning and tracking is in place for all projects.

  • Manage initiatives effectively, timely, and on budget while minimizing any impact to base business, customer service and employee engagement.

  • Manage complicated demands relevant to scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality, and differing customer requirements and expectations to satisfy outcomes.

  • Create and deliver presentations to PMO/Management on project goals, plans, issues and risks, including progress reports, mitigation and contingency plans.

  • Develop and revise project plans, work with customers to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution in a timely manner, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.

  • Accountable for project execution, financials and savings across all programs and focus areas.

  • Keep manager and key project customers updated on project issues, issue resolution, risks and overall status of project.

  • Lead team to deliver all business case objectives. Challenge the team to be a high performing team that identifies solutions to exceed elements of the business case benefits.

  • Ensure local organizational change and commitment to the project goals is in place at each impacted site and function.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Education: A minimum of a Bachelors and/or equivalent University degree required; focused degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations or related field highly preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum of eight (8) of relevant professional work experience

  • Project management experience

  • Working knowledge of end-to-end product supply and distribution, Product Lifecycle Management (PM) and MRP/ERP systems

  • Ability to managing complexity and ambiguity

  • Experience in cross functional teams

  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in bridging technical and business disciplines, evaluating and determining appropriate risks

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem -solving skills.

  • Ability to analyze, balance and prioritize risk.

Preferred:

  • Product cost management and budget management

  • Lean manufacturing and six-sigma methodology experience

  • Product cost management and budget management

Other:

  • May require up to 25% domestic and/or international travel to other locations and sites
