The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering marketing plans and programs, defining future market conditions, and working cross functionally to support our sales consultants and achieve critical promotional and educational goals. Responsibilities:

  • Achieve business plan objectives on sales, gross profit, inventory, and market share on an annual basis.

  • Develop and deploy patient education focused strategies, programs and collateral that broadly increase patient awareness and activate their treatment of OA.

  • Responsible for Digital search engine optimization for EI platform.

  • Build and implement a professional education plan that rebuilds our HCP OA content and improves excitement for utilization of Monovisc.

  • Conduct market research, Key Opinion Leader, and customer engagement activities to capture the Voice of Customer and drive strategic and tactical decisions.

  • Work closely with business partners (GSM, R&D, Quality, Regulatory) to ensure on-time and successful product launches.

  • Deliver effective product strategy, promotion, training, forecasting, and sales tools, for our PEAK PRP product line.

  • Create and implement improved EI Sampling process.

  • Manage collateral and FSO resources on Showpad digital selling platform.


  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in any field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in any of the following areas: Marketing, MedTech/Pharma Sales, Sales Training, Professional Education, or a combination thereof

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, partnership, prioritization, project management and organizational influence

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on leadership & customer communication, relationship development and influence management.

  • Strong financial competence and ability to transform data into meaningful insights to drive decision-making.

  • An understanding of the orthopedic specialty and the relevant clinical and non-clinical stakeholders

  • Proven knowledge of marketing proficiencies (brand marketing, customer segmentation, marketing communications)

  • Experience capturing and applying market analytics and data in business and strategic modeling.

  • This position is remote and may require up to 25% travel.

  • The position requires approximately 25% domestic travel, including weekend.
