RCL Mechanical Junior Executive Assistant in Raynham, Massachusetts

The Position:Junior Executive Assistant is a well-rounded person that excels in a fast-paced environment. Assisting with the overall responsibility for the success of the company. You will be assisting C-Suite executives on daily operations at a high level. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, organizing appointments and assisting with maintaining organized company records. Assist in handling incoming communications such as phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Respond to routine inquiries and escalate urgent matters to the appropriate personnel. Assist in arranging and preparing materials for meetings, conferences, and company events. Attend meetings when necessary, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and organized records of contacts, projects, and other relevant information. Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure smooth office operations. This may include ordering office supplies, managing equipment maintenance, and overseeing general office organization. Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned. Collaborate with various departments and teams within the organization to facilitate effective communication and streamline processes. Seek opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge related to administrative support and the HVAC industry. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in office administration or a related field is a plus. Proven experience (e.g., internships or entry-level positions) in administrative support roles is advantageous, preferably within the HVAC or a related industry. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information. A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
