Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Orthopedics is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant, with a preferred location in Raynham, MA. We will also consider candidates located near J&J offices in Westchester, PA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; and Raritan, NJ. This position may require up to 10% travel (domestic).
This position requires the candidate to be onsite in one of the following locations: Raynham, MA; Westchester, PA; Palm Beach Gardens, FL and Raritan, NJ.

This Executive Administrative Assistant role will support the U.S. Sports Medicine & U.S. Joint Reconstruction leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
Executive meeting management, calendar, travel, expense administration.
Schedule both on-site and off-site meetings.
Think analytically, exercise sound judgment and discretion.
Ability to think ahead and plan short-, medium- and long-term assignments/projects.
Proven ability to communicate effectively and articulately with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to independently manage and respond to multiple priorities and shifting demands while maintaining the sense of urgency and intensity that the office requires.
Prepares and maintains documents of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
Project Management
Stay informed regarding company policies, procedures, and guidelines relevant to the functioning of the groups as well as providing back up coverage for other administrative staff when necessary
Partner with teams on Purchase Orders as needed
Qualifications
Required:
A minimum of a high school diploma
A minimum of six years of administrative experience providing executive-level support
Technologically savvy
Experience with all Microsoft products (including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must demonstrate advanced level knowledge of purchasing, database (i.e., Workday), expenses, travel (i.e., Concur) and other systems to work expediently and independently.
Demonstrated ability to maintain highly confidential information.
Ability to think analytically, exercise sound judgment and discretion.
Responsive, energetic, and enthusiastic customer focus.
Must be a self-starter, possess strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
Must be proactive and possess the ability to plan and drive execution of tasks/projects flawlessly.
Must be able to collaborate with others.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task with a willingness to perform a wide range of tasks.
Manages multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with minimal direction or supervision.
Ability to interface with staff and senior level leaders, and executive leadership of internal/external partners.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time domestically.
Preferred
Associate or bachelor’s degree.
Previous administrative experience supporting a head of a large function.
Previous experience supporting a Commercial function.
A full understanding of the functions, practices, procedures, and policies of an organization.
Strong business acumen.
Project Management skills.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$63,800 - $102,465
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
he Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
