We seek a Staff Pharmacist to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions.

Pharmacy Location: Quincy Mental Health Center, 460 Quincy Ave. Room 236, Quincy, MA 02169

Hours: Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm, Closed for Lunch: 12:30pm-1pm

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners

  • Provides information to customers about medications and their use

  • Focuses on providing a superior level of customer service

  • Ensures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy

  • Administration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy

  • Assist in medication/chart reviews at the CMC location(s) at a minimum of once per year when necessary (these locations are in Randolph, MA and Norwood, MA)

  • Any other usual and customary pharmacy duties

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD

  • Current pharmacist license in state of Massachusetts

  • Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire

  • LAI Administration or willing to obtain

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Willing to travel to Randolph, MA and Norwood, MA a minimum of once per year

Preferred Qualification:

  • Mental or Behavioral health experience
