Works with the senior executive team, branch management and the sales and service staff to address the company's most critical business issues.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the management of significant projects around the operational data analysis function (e.g., defining, designing and delivering reporting, data quality, and overseeing technology (tools & architecture), for business intelligence and key performance metrics.
Responsible for providing expertise to acquire, manipulate, manage and analyze data.
Assists in establishing and facilitating an enterprise wide Operations Data Governance strategy.
Collaborates with business users to develop methodologies to provide overall data consistency/integrity and corporate vocabulary.
Analyze and problem solves issues with both data and systems (future and present) as they relate to the integration thereof.
Create and present quality dashboards.
May manage contractors and consultants as necessary to achieve departmental objectives.
Minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in Computer Science/Info Systems/MIS, Mathematics/Statistics
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
Master's degree or MBA
Extensive implementation and experience with a variety of business intelligence analytics and tools
Minimum of five years of SQL, data analytics, reporting and relational database experience
Experience with data mining techniques.
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and consensus building skills.
