Description We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Quincy, Massachusetts. This role will involve working with financial services, utilizing various software platforms, and handling a range of accounting functions. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Monitor and manage account balances

• Conduct collections activities as necessary

• Prepare prebills and generate invoicing reports

• Complete client invoicing spreadsheets

• Enter transactions into the relevant software platforms

• Handle cash activity and other cash handling duties

• Perform billing functions

• Utilize ProLaw for time and billing tasks

• Work with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Use ADP - Financial Services, CRM, and Epic Software for various tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary

• Familiarity with CRM systems is a must

• Knowledge of Epic Software is essential

• Competence in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions effectively

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory

• Proficiency in Billing Functions is necessary

• Ability to manage Cash Activity effectively

• Experience in Cash Handling is required

• Knowledge of ProLaw software is a must

• Experience with Prolaw - Time & Billing is essential
