Kelly Services Precision Assembler in Plymouth, Massachusetts

Job Title: Precision Assembler (1st and 3rd Shift Etcher/Stripper)

Location: Plymouth, MA

Shift: 1st (Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM) and 3rd Shift (Monday - Thursday, 9:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

Pay: Base rate: $17.50/hour + $2.10 shift differential (Total: $19.60/hour)

Overview:

A leader in precision-engineered solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Precision Assembler to join our 3rd shift team at our Plymouth, MA location. This temporary 6-month position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate etching and stripping equipment with precision, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production timelines.

  • Perform routine setup, calibration, and operation of machinery to produce etched and stripped components to exact specifications.

  • Inspect finished parts for accuracy, using microscopes and other inspection tools, ensuring all work meets stringent quality requirements.

  • Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production efficiency.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • No prior manufacturing experience required; however, previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail, ability to follow technical instructions, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

  • Willingness to work 1st or 3rd shift with a 4-day workweek (Monday to Thursday).
