RN Clinical Associate - Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN), to fill the position of Clinical Associate for our Medicare Certified Home Health Office in Plymouth, Massachusetts.

This RN Clinical Associate role will have responsibility for OASIS Reviews for Starts of Care, Recertifications, and Resumptions of Care, to ensure skilled need and appropriate client-centered care plans. Additional responsibilities will include education of our field clinicians, in collaboration with office staff.

It is anticipated that the RN Clinical Associate will spend approximately half of his/her time in the office and the balance of the hours will be REMOTE.

RN Clinical Associate Responsiblities will Include:

  • OASIS Reviews for Starts of Care, Recertifications, and Resumptions of Care

  • Ensure skilled need and appropriate client-centered care plans

  • Management and mentoring of RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, MSWs and CHHAs

  • Documentation review, including OASIS

  • Monitoring quality assurance

Qualifications for the RN Clinical Associate Include:

The successful candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN), who has demonstrated clinical experience within a Medicare certified home health agency. We are seeking a flexible, enthusiastic team player who aspires to grow professionally. Demonstrated success in the role of Clinical Associate will provide opportunities for advancement to other managerial positions.

  • A current Massachusetts RN license (BSN Degree preferred)

  • Demonstrated recent Medicare Certified Home Care experience.

  • Knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation

  • Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
