Just Around The Corner, Inc. Administrative Assistant/Pet Care Coordinator in Plymouth, Massachusetts

Are you looking for a career in the Pet Industry? Just Around the Corner, the premiere Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Business in Plymouth, MA is looking to hire a part-time Pet Care Coordinator and Administrative Assistant.

Some of the services that will be required include: scheduling, client communication, staff management, answering phones, processing new clients, processing new hires and filling in as a back up walker/sitter.

Qualifications:

  • Must love animals. Some experience in pet services/care a plus

  • Have good computer skills and experience

  • Have good time management skills

  • Is very detail oriented and highly organized

  • Great at Multi-tasking

  • Prepared to jump in and deal with things on short notice. Think on your feet

  • Have excellent interpersonal skills

  • Have good oral and written communication ability

  • Have customer service experience. Not be afraid to pick up the phone

  • Have a can-do attitude

  • Be an ambassador for the business

  • Be happy to work in the field when needed

  • Enjoy a varying schedule

  • Able to work both independently and as a team member

  • Able to learn scheduling software

  • MUST LOVE ANIMALS

    This is a job that starts out as a part-time position (15-20 hrs/week) but has room for growth into a full-time position with benefits. At least 2 weekends per month required. Interested in long-term employment with a minimum commitment of a year.
