The Pete Store Finance Manager in Plainville, Massachusetts
Our Finance Manager plays a critical role in the sales process, working directly with both our Truck Sales and Administrative staff to arrange financing, deal structure, and facilitate truck deliveries. Direction and training from VP of F&I and regional responsibility for Finance/lease customer solutions on new and used trucks.
Treat every customer in a friendly, professional manner, regardless of the customers financing, purchasing decision, or credit ability.
Facilitate vehicle financing to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
Finance Managers accurately review, process, and submit deals to lenders for approval, facilitate credit decisions, and effectively close deals
Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
Maintain minimum acceptable standards with regards to the sale of finance products. These standards are defined by both income levels and penetration levels.
Establish and maintain good working relationships with several lending sources.
Audits all deals Post-Sale for compliance and accuracy
Attend and participate in sales meetings; while assisting sales reps in the proper endorsement of finance products and dealership financing offerings.
Maintain up-to-date marketing material for current lender rates and incentives
Set up monthly forecasting in conjunction with the sales department. Use the forecast to establish monthly objectives.

REASONING ABILITY
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written or oral form.
