Job Title: Carpenter/Framer Construction Worker

Job Description

Looking for Wood Framers to join our team. You will be working on wood framing for large-scale commercial projects, involving framing, trimming, cutting, and nailing wood. We are seeking 2 carpenter helpers and 2 higher-level candidates with wood framing experience. Key skills include stair and rafter cutting, pre-fab wall panels/trusses, multi-family framing, and commercial wood framing. Reliability and work ethic are non-negotiable.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 1040 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Plainville, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

All projects are in the New England area. You will be responsible for your own transportation, with potential carpool situations available. Once hired, you will be assigned to a crew of 3-5 people and report to a foreman for day-to-day projects on site. Projects are in the Worcester area, specifically in Shrewsbury. You must be willing to drive up to 60 miles to other sites. Our culture is team-oriented in a commercial construction site, requiring thick skin when dealing with other trades. We specialize in large-scale condo units, assisted living facilities, and multi-family residential projects, all of which are new construction with no occupied properties.
