Berkshire County Head Start Student and Family Support Specialist in Pittsfield, Massachusetts

Do you have a passion to work with young children who have additional social emotional needs? The Student and Family Support Specialist works with the children and families to strengthen parent/child relationships, assist with the implementation of child and family mental health wellness policies and procedures, and to expand family resources. This position works collaboratively to coordinate mental health services and service provider meetings. The Student and Family Support Specialist plays a key role on the Student Intervention Team, providing programming and services that are responsive to the diversity of the populations served by the agency.
