Job Overview: Blueprint Property Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance team member to help our property management team. The right candidate will have the ability to make repairs to apartments and commercial spaces. Experience in other phases of construction is a plus. In addition, the right candidate will be punctual, dependable, work well as a team or independently. This is a full-time, year around position with medical, dental and PTO time. Job Duties: - Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties - Ensuring apartment turnovers are completed with high standards - Diagnose and repair problems with building heat, electricity, and water systems - Communicate with sub-contractors to schedule repairs Qualifications: - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general maintenance - Customer service experience - Reliable vehicle and valid license - Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects through the workday - Available for scheduled on-call nights/weekends
