We are seeking a welcoming and reliable individual to help ensure all who call or enter 18 Degrees feel welcome, including staff and the people we serve. The individual must immerse themselves in the knowledge of all agency programs and the services they provide. Providing a \"No Wrong Door\" approach, this individual will be the subject matter expert for both internal and external connections between service teams and their members. Regular and reliable attendance is required [8:30am to 4pm M-F] A typical day in this role might look like this: - Understanding all agency programs and their services; ability to direct people to their objective services and identify additional agency services that are relevant to their needs using the agency\'s referral procedure - Providing a warm connection and informed hand-off between the person seeking services and the appropriate staff member - Assisting as requested with agency programs and administrative support to the Office Manager and Senior Team - Managing meeting calendars, reserving meeting rooms, and printing schedules for meeting room doors - Responsible for building opening/ closing procedures and security management. - Working with a part-time evening staff person; must be cognizant of relaying pertinent information as often as needed, assisting the Office Manager in their supervision, and providing guidance to the role Preference for high school diploma or equivalent plus knowledge of data entry and Microsoft Office.
