The Greeter/Laundry Attendant is a dual role responsible for providing a welcoming experience to guests upon arrival and ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of all motel linens. This position requires a friendly, outgoing demeanor and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: - Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival. - Assist guests with check-in procedures and ensure they feel comfortable and informed about their stay. - Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times. - Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens, towels, and other laundry items. - Operate and maintain laundry machinery. Qualifications: - Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred. - Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and equipment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
