MOLARI Employment & Healthcare Services Customer Service Clerk in Pittsfield, Massachusetts

Large Healthcare facility in Pittsfield seeks a 13 week Temporary Customer Service Clerk to support Facilities. This position will answer phones and receive and assign work order requests for multiple buildings. This person will support Director of Facilities and Department Directors to coordinate workload and to maintain communication between Facilities and the departments they serve. This is a Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm position. Desired skills: - Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills. - Computer literacy. Ability to plan, implements, and evaluates change. - Ability to working independently and take direction. - Demonstrated ability to read and follow written/verbal direction. - Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. - Sensitive to diverse cultures and cultural differences. - Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast-paced multifaceted position. - Good verbal communication skills. - Good telephone communication skills. - Must be flexible to cover office for vacations. - Computer proficiency-Microsoft Office Products and Allegra. Demonstrated ability to prioritize numerous tasks and demands. Excellent interpersonal skills good writing skills as related to minutes. Excellent Clerical and Organizational Skills including typing, data entry Requirements: - High school diploma or GED - Business or Secretarial training/experience REQUIRED - Proficient in Microsoft Suite - Must be able to use communications equipment, phones, pagers, radios - Must be able to work with many crews and contractors
