Responsibilities include vocational guidance, job development, job placement, employer education, and customer relations. \"Individuals with job coaching, career counseling, direct care, and recovery experience are encouraged to apply!\" QUALIFICATIONS: - High School/GED plus 2-3 years of relevant experience - Experience with the mental health population preferred - Must have ability to work independently and as an effective team member REQUIREMENTS: - Demonstrated proficiency in data entry utilizing accounting software, to include Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, databases, and email essential. - Must have a valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation. *Viability values our employees and the talents that they bring with them every day.
