18 Degrees Childcare Enrollment Specialist in Pittsfield, Massachusetts

This Childcare Enrollment Specialist is a full-time role working for our multiple child care sites. - Main responsibilities include working with parents to enroll their children in our childcare program and data entry into administrative systems. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. - Experience with intake responsibilities and billing/bookkeeping; - Strong organizational skills; and proficiency with MS Word and Excel. - Experience working with/under MA EEC (Early Education and Care) licensing standards, a plus. - Must also be a team player, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to problem solve independently. - High school diploma or equivalent required.
