Position Overview Qualprint is looking to hire a Buyer for our commercial print organization. This newly created position will be responsible for supporting Qualprint\'s procurement-related tasks. The Buyer will be responsible for sourcing commercial print, paper and equipment, as well as managing vendors. The successful candidate will be able to perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, search for more cost-effective purchases for our national organization and develop new supply base relationships. The Buyer position has an added emphasis on commercial print paper buying. The Buyer will develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies for the company, nationwide. In this role, you will work with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and monitor the production schedule to ensure materials are delivered for on time customer deadlines. Qualifications We are looking for an experienced procurement specialist with 3-5 years of paper buying experience. A successful candidate should have a clear knowledge of paper grades, weights, finishes and sizes, as well as a solid knowledge of ERP systems and strong MS Excel skills. Why work for us?
