We are seeking a Service and Data Coordinator: - Work with a multidisciplinary team to recommend and manage services for children and families involved in DCF. - Collaboration and coordination with DCF and community organizations. - Possess exceptional mediation, communication and analytical skills and be very organized. - Bachelor\'s and 3 years\' experience with Family centered community based practice.
