The Security and Emergency Services Officer II is an advanced role that serves many key functions within our community which includes, but is not limited to; providing emergency medical response ranging from basic first aid to advanced critical life-saving care, ensuring the overall security of the interior & exterior of the property, carries out public safety programs, and provides outstanding customer service to residents, staff, and guests.

*Valid driver's license required

Full-time positions available : Days 7:00a-7:00p or Nights 7:00p-7:00a every other weekend required

  • Week 1 = Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday Week 2=Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Valid driver's license is required

  • Compensation: $21 - $26 per hour, including shift differential, based on experience

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain a safe, secure environment for residents, staff, and guests

  • Implement security and safety programs/procedures, including regular patrols of the property on foot & vehicle, gatehouse screenings, emergency response, preparedness, and prevention

  • Respond quickly to calls and provide basic emergency medical interventions (SES EMT/EMR Officer)

  • Answer non-emergency calls and support SES team with emergency efforts (SES Utility Officer)

  • Build positive relationships with residents and guests

What You’ll Need to Qualify :

  • Age 18+ High school diploma or GED (SES EMT/EMR Officer only)

  • Current CPR and EMR certification (SES EMT/EMR Officer only)

  • Safety and security experience preferred, but we will train

  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service

  • Some positions may require a valid driver’s license
