Robert Half CRM Technical Lead in Oxford, Massachusetts

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our expanding IT team. As a CRM Technical Lead, you will play a vital role in our organization by designing, developing, diagnosing, and supporting our Microsoft CRM environment. We are looking for a dedicated professional who can analyze the environment comprehensively, ensuring seamless business systems and services for our end users.

Key Responsibilities:

Migration Expertise:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in migrating applications from on-premises to an Online Dynamics environment.

  • Possess hands-on experience in migrating large-scale deployments for Dynamics 365 CRM.

Dynamics 365 Mastery:

  • Showcase a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 capabilities, architecture, and deployment of online solutions.

  • Develop Java Script web resources and HTML web resources using Angular, jQuery, and other relevant technologies.

  • Create and enhance CRM forms, screens, views, workflows, and dashboards.

Custom Development:

  • Craft plugins, custom workflows, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure functions, and Logic Apps to meet business needs.

  • Proficiently prepare technical and requirement design documents.

Azure Cloud Integration:

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working with Azure Cloud services.

  • Implement performance tuning and stabilization activities for CRM applications hosted on Azure.

Problem Solving:

  • Clearly communicate the vision for Dynamics CRM solutions to project teams.

  • Address challenges related to system and environmental limitations, offering customer-centric solutions.

D365 Expertise:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the core D365 CRM modules.

  • Possess functional knowledge of the entire D365 product suite, with one or more D365 certifications preferred.

Administration and Deployment:

  • Manage application administration and deployment activities effectively.

Integration Skills:

  • Leverage your experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integration and Integration Tools.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing, developing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting CRM applications in Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Recent experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Online solutions.

  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including Sales, Field Service, and Marketing modules.

  • Development experience with Dynamics CRM, including OData, Plugins, Workflows, and API integration using the SDK.

  • Proficiency in using Visual Studio and source control tools (Git, Team Foundation Server, or Microsoft DevOps).

  • Integration experience with 3rd party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP) and SFTP.

  • Competence in C#, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
