As part of our team, you will contribute to transforming ordinary landscapes into extraordinary outdoor retreats. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled & reliable Pool Cleaner to join our team. The Pool Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring that our clients\' pools are clean, safe, & properly maintained. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, & the ability to work effectively both independently & as part of a team. Responsibilities: Clean & maintain pools according to company standards & client specifications. Skim & remove debris from the surface of the water. Vacuum pool floors & walls to remove dirt & algae buildup. Test & balance pool water chemistry. Empty & clean skimmer baskets & pump strainer baskets. Inspect pool equipment for proper functioning & report any issues to management. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backwashing filters & cleaning pool tiles. Ensure that pool areas are clean, tidy, & free of hazards. Provide exceptional customer service & address client inquiries & concerns promptly & professionally. Requirements: Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance preferred. Must have a valid driver\'s license & reliable transportation. Must be able to swim proficiently in deep water. Strong attention to detail & ability to follow instructions. Excellent time management & organizational skills. Ability to work independently & as part of a team. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical stamina & ability to lift heavy equipment & supplies. Knowledge of pool cleaning equipment & chemicals is a plus. Risks: This position involves working in & around water, which poses inherent risks, including the risk of drowning. Employees must adhere to all safety protocols & procedures to minimize the risk of accidents. Exposure to pool chemicals may cause skin irritation or respiratory problems. Proper safety equipment & precautions must be followed at all times to mitigate potential health risks. Working outdoors exposes employees to various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, & sun exposure. Adequate protective clothing & hydration measures must be taken to prevent heat-related illnesses & other weather-related hazards.
