City of Woonsocket Water Dept. Equipment Operator in Not Listed, Massachusetts
The City of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, Public Works Department, Water Division, is conducting a search for Water Dept. Equipment Operator. Working under the direction of the Water Division Superintendent, the individual in this position will be responsible for operating and repairing treatment plant equipment, as well as assisting the Plant Equipment Mechanic, as needed. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following: operating and maintaining trucks and treatment plant equipment, and assisting in the operation of the treatment plant. A high school diploma, or a GED equivalent, is required. One (1) year of experience of truck driving, and two (2) of experience of mechanical skill. Must possess a Class 1 Distribution Operator License within one (1) year of employment.
