Seeking a mission-driven recruiter to join our non-profit organization in a temp-to-perm role with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful placements, including demonstrated experience in call center recruitment, and be passionate about making a difference while excelling in sourcing and interviewing top talent. This person will collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance the candidate experience and participate in client meetings to better understand their needs and expectations, ensuring the identification of the best candidates. Additionally, this individual will contribute to and occasionally facilitate team training sessions. Proficiency in leveraging tools such as assessments and video interviews to evaluate candidates\' skills is essential. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Engage confidently with candidates via phone/video to discuss potential opportunities Improve job descriptions and understand position requirements through communication with clients and collaboration with Account Managers Compile interview questions and conduct phone and video interviews with shortlisted candidates for external clients and core positions Provide regular reporting on placements and progress made in open requisitions Stay current by training in new and innovative recruiting trends Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates Source potential candidates through various channels, including recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, and company career portals Understand and meet clients\' unique needs by fostering open communication and collaboration Proactively seek market intelligence to enhance attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition strategies Utilize assessment tools such as HireVue and Criteria to analyze candidate skills Minimum Requirements: Must pass a Federal Background check Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 6 years of Full-Cycle Recruitment experience. Must have call center recruiting experience. Excellent project management skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Utilizes internal resources for identified processes to ensure efficiency and consistency in execution. Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods. Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust. Proficiency in documenting processes and staying current with industry trends. Familiarity with various recruitment strategies, such as leveraging social media to attract candidates. Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills. Creative thinker and proactive problem solver. Proficient in MS Office.
