Description:

• Analyze Systems and Configuration requirements to design test cases.

• Write requirements for implementing the validation bench.

• Architect the design, development, and implementation of the system validation bench.

• Define and configure the hardware and software components for the bench.

• Direct the design, development, and implementation of automated test scripts using Python.

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test environments.

• Develop and execute system validation plans to ensure compliance with specified systems requirements.

• Write test scenarios to validate the system for each aircraft application.

• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing.

• Develop and maintain tools for test automation and continuous integration.

• Document test procedures, results, and analysis reports.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.

• 5 to 10 years experience in embedded systems testing and validation.

• Experience in developing test scripts using a high-level language like C, C++ or Python.

• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.

• Previous experience leading the development of a system validation bench is highly desirable.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of ARINC 429, ARINC 717, UART, CAN and Ethernet Interfaces.

• Hardware-In-the-Loop Testing.

• Experience with configuration and change management tools (e.g GIT, JIRA)
