We are seeking a multifaceted Senior Graphic Designer with UX and print experience to join our team.

We are looking for someone who blends creative design and technical capabilities to help us deliver exceptional user experiences across digital platforms. You will work closely with our team of creatives, strategists and copywriters to develop and execute designs. The right candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills to help bridge the work between creatives and developers.

This role requires a designer that is both strategic and creative with a strong attention to detail. Client work is in the healthcare space; and their key audiences include patients and healthcare professionals. An understanding of designing within the healthcare landscape is a definite plus.

This is a hybrid role, 3 days/week in-office requirement in Norwood, MA.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute high quality design; from concept through production. An extremely sharp eye for details is a must.

  • Adapt designs to a range of media including print, digital, social, video and animation

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to communicate design concepts and user flows.

  • Ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience

  • Campaign design that works across channels; print, email, web, presentations

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design concepts.

  • Design flawlessly within various brand guidelines while exploring innovation solutions

  • Confidently present concepts to peers, leadership and clients

  • Manage multiple rounds of revisions in a complex regulatory process

  • Design production work for digital

Requirements

  • 5+ years design experience

  • BFA/BA in Graphic Design or similar

  • HTML experience preferred

  • A portfolio highlighting a strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color theory, layout, etc) and web design principles (grid systems, navigation, responsiveness, and accessibility)

  • Expertise in UX and UI design principles

  • Experience working iteratively with content creators, and managing feedback and expectations

  • Patience to learn and work through complex ideas to find elegant and accessible solutions

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Expertise and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD and Figma

  • Highly proficient in Acrobat, Word, and PowerPoint

  • An ability to have fun while working hard in a fast-paced environment

  • An understanding of design within the healthcare landscape is a plus
