Cramer Senior Account Manager in Norwood, Massachusetts

Cramer is a brand experience agency serving B2B Fortune 1000 companies through strategy, creative, design and execution. Cramer Health is a specialty team within the agency that focuses on Content Marketing and Strategy with a focus on Patient Retention and Adherence

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to build undeniable relationships with our Cramer Health clients. Cramer Senior Account Managers are go-getters who know Cramer’s business well and can effectively manage expectations to provide great client service. They are solid on process and ensure delivery of stated objectives established by our clients and internal teams.  

Senior Account Managers work with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creative, Project Management and Operations to ensure client objectives are exceeded. They must have solid client management skills, comfort with presenting and running meetings, and the ability to manage the day-to-day business within a diverse client portfolio.  

This role is full-time and requires the employee to work on-site in Norwood, MA five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Form strong relationships with clients to increase loyalty, proactively service the relationship and find organic opportunities for growth 

  • Ability to prioritize client and agency needs for the team and lead them through changes 

  • Demonstrate strong financial management skills, finding the most cost-effective outcome for our clients and profitability for Cramer  --  you can see the big and small picture simultaneously.  

  • Owns account operations including account reviews, forecasting, contracts, budgets, change orders, invoices and communication of revenue expectations to internal teams 

  • Understands the client’s business and provides a POV to project team members and executive leadership, when applicable 

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of demonstrated experience in an agency environment – bonus points if you have experience with pharma clients

  • Confident and concise communicator  

  • Self-motivated and proactive 

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills  

  • Comfortable with presenting  

  • Team player, Come in with an open mind and a collaborative spirit!

  • Analytical thinker, capable of using creative problem-solving skills 

  • Can work effectively in a fast paced, highly dynamic atmosphere and react quickly to changes
