Your Role:As a House Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our residential community. Your daily actions will have a profound impact on the lives of our residents, fostering growth, independence, and a sense of belonging. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, from overseeing daily operations, and maintaining safety to creating a supportive environment that promotes personal development and community cohesion.

What You'll Do:

  • Community Leadership: You'll be a leader, guiding residents in their daily activities and fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie.

  • Operational Management: Your role includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential community, ensuring a safe, well-maintained environment. This includes cooking a community style dinner.

  • Inspiring Independence: Through mentoring and support, you'll empower residents to develop life skills and enhance their overall well-being.

  • Safety and Preparedness: Your commitment to safety and emergency preparedness will ensure the well-being of all residents.

  • Communication: Regular interactions with residents and team members will facilitate open communication and a collaborative atmosphere.

  • Continuous Improvement: Your insights and ideas will drive ongoing improvements in programs and services.

Qualifications You Bring:

  • Education:High School Diploma or College Degree in a related field preferred.

  • Passion for Community: Experience with Vulnerable Populations: 2 – 4 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a similar residential setting preferred.

  • Leadership Skills:Two (2) years of supervisory experience, demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire preferred.

  • Safety and Responsibility:Possess a strong commitment to maintaining a safe environment.

  • Health and Safety:CPR and First Aid certifications (or the ability to obtain them within the first 30 days of employment).
