We are seeking a Recovery Coach / Outreach and Development Coordinator for our amazing Connect2Recovery program! The Recovery Coach / Outreach and Development Coordinator is an exciting leadership position for an experienced recovery coach or recovery support navigator.
The ODC is the face of the C2R program, developing and maintaining relationships with key referral sources like substance use treatment programs, sober homes, recovery centers, and other key stakeholders across our service areas. The ODC is able to effectively communicate and present the program information to professional entities and to prospective persons served. The ODC also holds a partial recovery coach caseload.
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours
Pay Rate: $25.46/hourly

Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language)
Ability to articulate wellness/recovery values and principles
Demonstrates intermediate competency in the use of technology, such as: video-conferencing applications, operating a computer, can use Microsoft office word and comfort navigating an electronic healthcare record system.
Completion of an EOHHS supported Recovery Coach training, or commitment to becoming trained prior to work with persons served in this role.
Demonstrated ability to participate effectively in a team of staff
Must have a valid driver's license, regular access to a reliable vehicle and be willing to provide transportation to persons served in personal vehicle, as needed
Required Experience
Must have either a college degree or a high school diploma/GED
Lived experience of recovery in the context of substance use and/or and mental health
At least 6 months of related work experience
Certification as a Recovery Coach required or commit to obtaining CARC within 1.5 years of hire.
Experience in productivity-driven environment preferred
