FM Insurance Policy Delivery Analyst Intern in NORWOOD, Massachusetts

This position is responsible for analyzing the execution of insurance product and service delivery. The intern will handle various tasks to procure data on global accounts with increasing complexity requiring technical knowledge of systems and procedures, under direct supervision.

The role considers the full lifecycle for processing of new business, renewals and mid-term changes. Captures, audits and analyzes various insurance product and service delivery processing under supervision and direction in order to support timely delivery of quality products to new and existing clients. All activities are in support of and at the direction of the authorized individuals(s) within FM licensed territories. Supports the WorldReach Partner policy cycle when applicable.

The scope of the Insurance Program Delivery Analyst Intern is to help the team prevent and detect critical processing elements determined to be essential to FM by reviewing processing activities and data entry performed by the insurance program delivery team to ensure related data elements are accurately processed in the applicable systems.

  • Plan to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in preferably Finance, Computer Science, Risk Management or other applicable degree

  • Ability to work full time during summer internship and commute to assigned operation throughout internship

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel

  • Good Communication skills, both oral and written in English.

The hiring range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
